ENDOはiesだけなのでリソニアと同じです、エルコのようにdxfファイルはないのでモデルは自前で作らなければ成りません。
オーデリックはmax,viz用だけなのでSUやKTでは使えません。
powersketch用のをぶっこぬいても良いのですが、iesは流用できないし書き直すのは容易でないので、generatorでフェイクを作ろうかと言うところです。
モデルだけは流用できますが。
今はmaxwell用に作った物にspot貼り付けて流用で行くしかないかです。

これ重要、
So... You have an .ies file, now what?
Let's say you have a spotlight in KT and you want to 'convert it' to an IES light.
Code:
Go to Settings>Advanced>Scenes>Lights>yourspotlight>Spot Light
Now highlight the word 'Spot Light' and right-click
Choose 'Set IES Light'
Now highlight the word IES Light
In the right pane choose the filename value, then right-click>Set File
browse for the .IES file you want to use.
Your not done yet!!!
Click the "+" next to the word IES Light in the left pane
Now choose the 'Radiance',
right-click and choose 'Set Constant Texture'.
Now Click the "+" next to the word "Radiance" and
select the word Constant Texture
In the right pane Right-click the Value 0:0:0, and choose the little White color box in the bottom left corner of the dialog.
hit Accept
Close advanced options.
Find your IES light in your left pane list in the Lights section, right-click edit to verify you did everything correctly.

Render.

とてもKT上でIES lightを貼る気にはなりません。
SUユーザー以外はどうするんじゃと言うところではないでしょうか。

それにしてもレンダリング遅すぎじゃん。
